The State of Oregon, acting and through its Department of Administrative Services State Procurement Office “DAS SPO” has entered into this agreement for the purchase of all products offered under the EMC WSCA/NASPO contract #B27161 by Authorized Purchasers. Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program “ORCPP” members may also be entitled to make purchases under this addendum. All purchase orders issued by purchasing entitles must include the Oregon State Contract Number 9768, and the EMC WSCA/NASPO Master Price Agreement Number B27161.
